LAND FOR LEASE – ROLLING HILLS AREA

Crop restrictions will apply as the land is used for applying sanitary waste water from the Hamlet of Rolling Hills.

Irrigation equipment includes two (2) buried mainlines, pivot, and two (2) pumps.
Sealed Offers to Lease will be received up to 2:00:00 pm local time on April 11, 2025 at the County of Newell
office located at 183037, Range Road 145, Brooks, AB.
For an offer to be considered:
➢ You must be the registered owner of not less than 100 acres of land with irrigation acres within the County
of Newell.
➢ Your offer must be on the official Offer to Lease form provided by the County of Newell
