with regard to the Alberta Gas Trunk Line Co• in Fart
NE 12--23--17-¢ in the sum of $16•$0 be accepted, and the
required agreements signed.

Moved by Councillor Mandeville that the proposed pipeline
corssings of the County road allowance by Canadian Facific
Oil and Gas Ltd., between Sec. 1--17-1b-.W¢th, and Sec,
6-»17--15 W¢th be approved providing the County regulation
of 8 feet below the level of the ~ adjoining land for
a distance of $0 ft• each way from the centre of the road
allowance be agreed to,

centre of the roald allowance, and that a plan showing the
locationnof the crossings be submitted to the County,
