Correspondence from the Department of Highways= and the Board of Transport Commissioners? re the transfer of responsiblity for a Railroad Crossing at Lathom was read and discussed.. Moved by Councillor Armstrong that the crossing at -- mile 89..5 (Lathom be accepted by the County for maim.-. enance costs and the necessary change in the Board Order 77294 to this end be authorized.. Moved by Councillor Armstrong that the County refuse to accept 2I3 of the cost of a New Unity an view of the County having participated.. in the replacement by 2j3 of the depreciation each year.
