The regular monthly meeting of the Council of the
County of Newell No. 4 was held in the County Office
in Brooks, Alberta at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday,
April 11th, 1963, this being a day earlier than the
previously specified meeting date, which would have
been on Good Friday, the change being unanimously
agreed to.

and adopted.
