Lawrence attended the meeting to discuss the proposed new General Assessment, and stressed the need for good ,Aerial Photographs in the process, Moved by Councillor Shuttleworth~ that Mr, Lawrence be engaged to take charge of a General Assessment of the County at a salary of $6500.00 per year plus mileage allowance of ,12¢ per mile, his duties to commence dune lst, 1962.
