BYLAW 1919-18
A BYLAW OF THE COUNTY OF NEWELL FOR THE PURPOSE OF CLOSING TO PUBLIC TRAVEL AND
SELLING OF PORTIONS OF A PUBLIC ROADWAY IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 22 OF THE
MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT ACT, REVISED STATUTES OF ALBERTA 2000, CHAPTER M-26, AS
AMENDED.
WHEREAS,the lands hereafter described are no longer required for public travel, and
WHEREAS application has been made to Council to have the roadway closed,and
WHEREAS the Council of the County of Newell deems it expedient to provide for a bylaw for the purpose of
closing to public travel certain roads, or portions thereof situated in the said municipality, and thereafter
SELLING of same, and
WHEREAS notice of the intention of Council to pass a bylaw has been given in accordance with Section 606
of the Municipal Government Act, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Newell in the Province of Alberta
does hereby close to public travel and offering the following described roadway for SALE, subject to rights of
access granted by other legislation:

ALL THAT PORTION OF ROAD DIVERSION ON PLAN 7411 BM
CONTAINED WITHIN THE LIMITS OF THE
NORTHWEST QUARTER SECTION 36,
TOWNSHIP 14, RANGE 16, WEST OF THE 4r"MERIDIAN
EXCEPTING THEREOUT ALL MINES AND MINERALS
AND THE RIGHT TO WORK THE SAME
CONTAINING 1.252 HECTARES(3.09 ACRES)MORE OR LESS.
AREA 4
ALL THAT PORTION OF THE ORIGINAL GOVERNMENT ROAD ALLOWANCE
ADJACENT TO THE WEST BOUNDARY OF THE
NORTHWEST QUARTER SECTION 36,
TOWNSHIP 14, RANGE 16, WEST OF THE 4T"MERIDIAN
WHICH LIES TO THE SOUTH OF THE SOUTH WESTERLY PRODUCTION OF THE
NORTHERN LIMIT OF ROAD PLAN 7411 BM ACROSS SAID ROAD ALLOWANCE
EXCEPTING THEREOUT ALL MlNES AND MINERALS
AND THE RIGHT TO WORK THE SAME
