Home My WebLink About1982-20 AMENDMENT to Bylaw1783-13 (Local Improvement - Scandia Water & Waste Water Upgrades) COUNTY OF NEWELL PROVINCE OF ALBERTA BYLAW No. 1982-20 BEING a bylaw of the County of Newell in the Province of Alberta, to amend Bylaw 1783-13. WHEREAS Bylaw 1783-13 is a bylaw authorizing the County of Newell to impose a local improvement tax levy in respect of benefitting owners to pay for the "Hamlet of Scandia Water and Waste Water Upgrades" local improvement project. And WHEREAS changes have been made to the parcels description, NOW THEREFORE, under the authority and subject to the provisions of the Municipal Government Act, Statutes of Alberta, Chapter M-26, 2000, as amended, the Council of the County of Newell in the Province of Alberta duly assembled does hereby enact the following: 1. Bylaw 1783-13, a bylaw authorizing the Council of the County of Newell to impose a local improvement tax improvement tax levy in respect of benefitting owners to pay for the "Hamlet of Scandia Water and Waste Water Upgrades" local improvement project, be amended by replacing Schedule B with the Schedule attached to this amending bylaw. 2. Bylaw 1783-13 is hereby amended. 3. This bylaw shall come into effect upon third and final reading hereof.
