Home My WebLink About2059-23 Proposed Road ClosureSheryl Page Administrative Assistant County of Newell Box 130 Brooks, Alberta T1R 1B2 PUBLIC NOTICE COUNTY OF NEWELL IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA PROPOSED ROAD CLOSURE BYLAW 2059-23 THURSDAY, July 20, 2023 11:30 a.m. – County of Newell Council Chambers The County of Newell in the Province of Alberta hereby gives notice of its intention to close the following portion of roads to eliminate public access and facilitate existing irrigation practices: Those portions of road allowance adjacent to the east boundary of the E ½ 33-21-18W4M and adjacent to the east boundary of the E ½ 28-21-18W4M, as shown on the attached map. Take notice that a public hearing to consider the above-noted bylaw will be held on July 20, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. in the County of Newell Council Chambers. Any person(s) who claims to be affected prejudicially by the proposed bylaw must register their concerns, in writing, to the County Office no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday July 10, 2023.
