On August 24, 2016, we celebrated the completion of the County of Newell Water Project, an initiative to provide potable water to every resident and business in the County. The Director of Corporate Services replied that it is more common in urban municipalities. The ratepayer asked how much it would cost to replied that it would be mostly staff time and advertising.
