Moved by Councillor Ha 11, that we rescind the _~'.otion re Bassano roof materia L Carried. Moved by Councillor Bartlett, that we approve the Secretaries statement of Receipts and Disbursements for September. ~~~~ Carried. `~ . . Moved by Councillor Douglass, that we approve the Secretaries statement of Estimates and Expenditures for September. Carried. Correspondence Application from Medicine Hat Reginnal Planning- 68M52A (Lintott) was presented. Moved by Councillor Bartlett, that we approve this appiication but reserve unto the County the right to assess and tax the improvements on this property. Carried. Application from Medicine Hat Reginnal Planning 69M52B (Lintott) was presented. Moved by Councillor Bartlett, that we approve this application subject to all regulations being met, Carried, Application from Medicine Hat Regional Planning 68M57 (Duncan) was presented. Moved by Councillor Bartlett, that we approve this appiication but reserve unto the County the right to assess and tax the improvements on this property. Carried. Letter from the Dep~ rtment of Health re Water & Sewage Systems was read and a copy is to be mailed to all Councillors. Letter from Department of Lands and Forests re Antelope Survey was read. Moved by Councillor Bartlett, that we strongly recommend to the Department, that the Antelope Season be closed within the County next year and that they establish a Antelope Reserve between the Red Deer River, and the Bow and East to the Saskatchewan Boarder. Carried. Letter from the Brooks M.H.D. # 28 re boundary changes was read. Moved by Councillor Douglass, that we approve the boundaries as set out in this letter of September 26, 1968 and that a recorded vote be taken on this motion. Committee Reports School Moved by Councillor Chrumka, that we approve the tuition and board allowance to J, Hajash Jr. for one semister at Calgary. Carried.
