The regular monthly meeting of the Council of the County of

of Receipts Payments and Monthly Progress for the month
of Novembers 1963 be accepted.

Advice was received from the Village of Duchess of the
election of James Henry to be their representative on
the School Committee.

appointdd to serve on the School Committee of the County
representing the Village of Duchess

A letter from the Department of Highways re the speed limit
on the Brooks Access Road was read and ordered filed.
