Carried. ~'~ Dutton-Williams-Mannix, Engineers and Managers, 940 - gth Avenue S.W., CALGARY, Alberta Dear Sirs: Pleasecbe advised that a meetin of the Council of the County of Newell, No.4, held on ~io,~l~ ~r~ /4~0 1960, the following resolution was passed: "That The Alberta Gas Trunk Line Company Limited be per- mitted to cross this County with acgas transmission line as shown on Drawing No. D-1200-5 and colored green thereon, and that The Alberta Gas Trunk Line Company ,,_ Limited be permitted to bisect all roads and road r~ allowances in this County, such road crossings to ~`-`~ conform to Drawing ~-1200-38. District Highway cross- ings are to conform to Drawing Nos. C-601-7 and C-601-g. This permission is given subject to the following additional requirements: (1) The road crossing West of Sec.3~; Twp.20, Rge. 15, W 4th shall be installed with three feet of cover beneath the drainage ditch east of the road allowance. (2) The road crossing West of Sec. 5, Twp. 21, Rge. 15, W4th shall be installed with five feet of cover beneath the lower road ditch. (3) The road crossing West of Sec. 9, Twp. 2Il., Rge. 15, W4th shall be installed with three feet of cover beneath the drainage ditch east of the road allowance.
