TITLE: POLITICAL COUNCIL DELEGATIONS

POLICY PURPOSE:
To outline how political delegations may be placed on Council agendas.
POLICY GUIDELINES:
Council promotes open dialogue with representatives of the Government of Alberta and the
Government of Canada.
Members of any Political party who have been nominated to run in either the Provincial or Federal
elections may request to be placed on an agenda of Council to attend a meeting as a Delegation.
Administration will put the request on Council’s agenda and advise the Delegation of the time that
is allotted for a presentation.
