By-law 860-84
A By-law of the County of Newell No. 4, in the Province of Alberta,
to provide for the publishing of minutes and information from County
Council and other Committee Meetings.

Under authority of Section. ~5~-~-~ of the Municipal Government Act
R.S.A. 19.E and amendments to date, the Council of the County of
Newell No.~`~4 enacts as follows:
Whereas the Council is desirous of publishing the minutes of its
meetings and Committee meetings and information concerning other
municipal subjects
Therefore be it resolved that this information be released to the
Press following each meeting.
By-law 343 is hereby repealed.
This By-law will come into effect on the date of final passing.
Oct. 11/84 Moved by Councillor Wallace that By-law 860-84 receive first
reading. Carried Unanimously.
Oct. 11/84 Moved by Councillor Hall that By-law 860-84 receive second reading.
Carried Unanimously.
Oct. 11/84 Moved by Councillor Workes that consent of Council be given for
third and final reading of By-law 860-84. Carried Unanimously.
Oct. 11/84 Moved by Councillor Douglass that By-law 860-84 receive third and
final reading. Carried Unanimously.
