By-law No. 1108.94
A By-law of the County of Newell No. 4, in the Province of Alberta, for the purpose of
amending By-law 688.80
Whereas By-law 688-80 is a By-law to close and lease that portion of the road allowance
adjoining the West boundary of Section 2 and the South West of Section 11 Township 22
Range 16 W4M
And Whereas the County has had a request for the use of that portion of road West of
South West of Section 11 Township 22 Range 16 W4M
And Whereas the Lessee has notified the County, in writing, that he has no objection to
the cancellation of this portion of the Lease
Therefore be it resolved that the Council of the County of Newell No. 4 hereby amends
By-law 688.80 by deleting that portion of the original road allowance joining the West
boundary of the South West of Section 11 Township 22 Range 16 W4M.
