IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA
BYLAW NO. 1682 -09
BEING a bylaw of the County of Newell No. 4 in the Province of Alberta, to rescind the following
bylaw:
Bylaw No. 1205 -97 Establish and provide powers for a Municipal Committee and Agricultural
Service Board
WHEREAS Bylaw 1205 -97 is a bylaw to establish and provide powers for a Municipal
Committee and Agricultural Service Board.
AND WHEREAS Council has determined that the business of the Municipal Committee and the
Agricultural Service Board will be delegated to Council,
NOW THEREFORE, under the authority and subject to the provisions of the Municipal
Government Act, Statutes of Alberta, Chapter M -26, 2000, as amended, the Council of the
County of Newell No. 4 in the Province of Alberta duly assembled does hereby enact the
following:
1. Bylaw No. 1205 -97, being a bylaw to establish and provide powers for a Municipal
Committee and Agricultural Service Board, is hereby rescinded.
2. This bylaw shall come into effect upon third and final reading hereof.
READ a first time this 24 day of September, 2009.
READ a second time this 8th day of October, 2009.
READ a third time and finally PASSED this 8th day of October, 2009.
