IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA
BYLAW NO. 1728 -11
BEING a bylaw of the County of Newell No. 4 in the Province of Alberta, to rescind the following
bylaw:
Bylaw No. 1303 -00 — Establishment of Certain Designated Officer Positions
WHEREAS Bylaw 1303 -00 is a bylaw to establish certain Designated Officer positions, to
assign powers, duties, and functions to those positions, and to establish a frame work for
delegation of administrative functions.
AND WHEREAS Council deems it desirable to rescind bylaws that are no longer required.
NOW THEREFORE, under the authority and subject to the provisions of the Municipal
Government Act, Statutes of Alberta, Chapter M -26, 2000, as amended, the Council of the
County of Newell No. 4 in the Province of Alberta duly assembled does hereby enact the
following:
1. Bylaw No. 1303 -00, being a bylaw to establish certain Designated Officer positions, to
assign powers, duties, and functions to those positions, and to establish a frame work for
delegation of administrative functions, is hereby rescinded.
2. This bylaw shall come into effect upon third and final reading hereof.
