IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA
BYLAW NO. 1778 -13
BEING a bylaw of the County of Newell in the Province of Alberta, to rescind the bylaws of the
former Village of Tilley.
WHEREAS the Village of Tilley was dissolved into the Hamlet of Tilley under the authority of the
County of Newell by Order in Council 250/2013;
AND WHEREAS Council deems it desirable to rescind bylaws that are no longer required.
NOW THEREFORE, under the authority and subject to the provisions of the Municipal
Government Act, Statutes of Alberta, Chapter M -26, 2000, as amended, the Council of the
County of Newell in the Province of Alberta duly assembled does hereby enact the following:
1. Bylaw 1990/294 (Natural Gas Service Franchise — Tilley) and 2001/06 (Electric
Distribution System Franchise — Tilley) are hereby rescinded.
2. This bylaw shall come into effect upon third and final reading hereof.
