IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA
BYLAW NO. 1794-14
BEING a bylaw of the County of Newell in the Province of Alberta, to rescind the following
bylaw:
Bylaw No. 1277-99—Snow Removal from Driveways
WHEREAS Council deems it desirable to rescind bylaws that are no longer required.
AND WHEREAS Council has approved an updated comprehensive bylaw that pertains to the
manner in which the County regulates activities related to private snow removal that may impact
the County road system.
NOW THEREFORE, under the authority and subject to the provisions of the Municipal
Government Act, Statutes of Alberta, Chapter M-26, 2000, as amended, the Council of the
County of Newell in the Province of Alberta duly assembled does hereby enact the following:
1. Bylaw 1277-99 is hereby rescinded.
2. This bylaw shall come into effect upon third and final reading hereof.
