BYLAW 1866-16
A BYLAW OF THE COUNTY OF NEWELL FOR THE PURPOSE OF CLOSING TO PUBLIC TRAVEL AND
LEASING OF PORTIONS OF A PUBLIC ROADWAY IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 22 OF THE
MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT ACT, REVISED STATUTES OF ALBERTA 2000, CHAPTER M-26, AS
AMENDED.
WHEREAS, the lands hereafter described are no longer required for public travel, and
WHEREAS application has been made to Council to have the roadway closed, and
WHEREAS the Council of the County of Newell deems it expedient to provide for a bylaw for the purpose of
closing to public travel certain roads, or portions thereof situated in the said municipality, and thereafter
LEASING of same, and
WHEREAS notice of the intention of Council to pass a bylaw has been given in accordance with Section 606
of the Municipal Government Act, and

WHEREAS all third party interests have been addressed, and ��yC,�'
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Newell in the Province of Alberta
does hereby close to public travel and offering the following described roadway for LEASE, subject to rights
of access granted by other legislation:
ALL THAT PORTION OF STREET ON PLAN 4945FW
WHICH LIES SOUTH OF THE EASTERLY PRODUCTION OF THE NORTHERN BOUNDARY
OF LOT 9 BLOCK 7 PLAN 4945FW
AND NORTH OF THE EASTERLY PRODUCTION OF THE SOUTHERN BOUNDARY OF SAID
LOT 9 BLOCK 7 PLAN 4945FW.
