Can I ask a question during the Livestream Council Meeting?
Yes, questions will be taken by Council during the Live Stream council meeting at the following
times in the agenda:

Q: How much time will be allowed to ask questions?
The duration of Question Period will be two (2) minutes to a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes. If
no questions have been received after two minutes Council may choose to move forward in the
agenda.
During a public hearing, anyone speaking in favor or in opposition to the matter being discussed
will be given three (3) minutes to make a presentation. Members of the public are allowed to
speak only once each except to answer questions from Council. For more information on
