PROPOSED ROAD CLOSURE BYLAW 2112-26
THURSDAY, January 29, 2026
11:30 a.m. – County of Newell Council Chambers
The County of Newell in the Province of Alberta hereby gives notice of its intention to close the
following portion of road:
E ½ 28 SE 33-20-12 W4M & W ½ 27 SW 34-20-12 W4M
Take notice that a public hearing to consider the above-noted bylaw will be held on January 29,
2026 at 11:30 a.m. in the County of Newell Council Chambers. Any person(s) who claims to be
affected prejudicially by the proposed bylaw must register their concerns, in writing, to the Chief
Administrative Officer no later than 4:00 p.m. on January 22, 2026.
