HomeMy WebLinkAboutAgreement - After Season Camping 183037 RR145 (Box 130), Brooks, AB T1R 1B2 Check us out on social media Phone: 403-362-3266 Fax: 888-361-7921 Email: administration@newellmail.ca Web: www.countyofnewell.ab.ca EMERSON BRIDGE PARK AFTER SEASON CAMPING AGREEMENT The County of Newell will allow after season camping in Emerson Bridge Park providing the following rules and conditions are met: • Campers must observe all park rules and bylaws • Camper will be responsible for any damage or theft of County property that may occur during their stay • Campers will be responsible to remove all garbage from the park • Campers must keep entrance gates locked at all times • Campers must provide a copy of their driver’s license to the County office Name: ____________________________________________________________________________ Address: __________________________________________________________________________ _________________________________________________________________________________ _________________________________________________________________________________ Phone Number: ____________________________________________________________________ Date of Stay: _______________________________________________________________________ I, __________________________________ have read this contract and I agree and understand all terms and conditions stated in this contract. ____________________________________ ___________________________________ Signature of Camper Date ____________________________________ ___________________________________ Signature of County Representative Date 183037 RR145 (Box 130), Brooks, AB T1R 1B2 Check us out on social media Phone: 403-362-3266 Fax: 888-361-7921 Email: administration@newellmail.ca Web: www.countyofnewell.ab.ca EMERSON BRIDGE PARK RULES 1) All fees must be paid before the camping unit will be permitted to stay in the Park. 2) Registration fees are: $30.00 per unit for power sites, non power sites are $20.00 per camper unit and $15.00 per tent. 3) No littering. 4) No destruction or removal of vegetation from the park. 5) No discharging of fireworks, projectiles or explosives of any type. 6) No alcoholic beverages are permitted except in designated campsites. 7) Fires must be attended at all times. 8) Pets must be on a leash at all times. 9) It is the pet owner’s responsibility to clean up after their pets. 10) No Off-Highway Vehicles (ATV’S). 11) Quiet times are between 11:00p.m. and 7:00a.m. 12) Loud, raucous or obscene behavior will not be tolerated. The personal information collected on the Emerson Bridge Park Campsite Use Agreement will be used for park entry, overnight s tays, verifying and monitoring compliance with park rules. Information related to your Campsite Use Agreement may be disclosed as a llowed or required by law. This collection is authorized under section 4(c) of the Protection of Privacy Act (POPA) and Section 3 (b) of the Municipal Government Act. The personal informat ion collected will be protected by section 10 of the Protection of Privacy Act.
