REVISED BYLAW 2112-26 — ROAD CLOSURE & SALE
A BYLAW TO AMEND BYLAW 2112-26 BY CHANGING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF
THE ROAD CLOSURE.
AND WHEREAS the Municipal Government Act, Chapter M26.1, Revised Statutes of Alberta
2000, as amended and Section 63(2)(g) permits changes to the substance of the bylaw to bring
out more clearly what is considered to be the meaning of Bylaw 2112-26
The legai description of Bylaw 2112-26 is described as:
PORTION OF ROAD ALLOWANCE ADJACENT TO MOST WESTERLY PORTION OF
MERIDIAN 4 RANGE 17 TOWNSHIP 22
SECTION 9
THAT PORTION OF THE NORTH WEST QUARTER
WHICH LIES NORTHWEST OF CANAL RIGHT OF WAY ON PLAN 9412748
CONTAINING 1.91 HECTARES (4.71 ACRES) MORE OR LESS
EXCEPTING THEREOUT ALL MINES AND MINERALS
AND THE RIGHT TO WORK THE SAME (COT 191 138 985)
The legal description is amended in Bylaw 2134-26 by changing the legal description and is
described as:
ALL THAT PORTION OF GOVERNMENT ROAD ALLOWANCE
AS SHOWN IN AREA `A' ON PLAN NO.
EXCEPTING THEREOUT ALL MINES AND MINERALS
This Bylaw shall come into force and effect on the date of final passing.
Bylaw 2112-26 is hereby amended.
