TO ALL BIDDERS:
The following changes, additions or deletions are hereby made a part of the Invitation to
Tender Documents for The County of Newell as full and completely as if the same were set
forth therein. Please be sure to submit this addendum with your tender.
Question:
1. Why has the County decided to complete a communications audit at this time?
Answer:
The Communications position is relatively new to the County of Newell. The initial focus was to
establish and solidify the County's day-to-day communications. With those foundational
elements now in place, the County is shifting its focus toward developing a more mature
communications program by moving beyond reactive, day-to-day communications to a more
strategic approach. This audit is intended to help guide that transition.
Question:
2. Does the County want the audit to be vendor independent or County collaborative?
Answer:
The County of Newell would like to see the audit completed collaboratively with the
Communications Officer and the Communications Governance Committee when and where it
makes sense.
Question:
3. Is it required the submission forms be filled out directly in the tables provided or can we create
identical tables directly in the pdf we plan to submit?
Answer:
Yes. Proponents may recreate the submission forms directly within their single PDF submission,
provided the content, order, and intent of the forms remain substantially the same as those
included in the RFP.
