The regular Council Meeting of the County of Newell No. 4 was held
in the County Office at Brooks, Alberta on Friday, June 24, 1977
commencing at 10:30 a.m.

and the Planning Commission was to be advised that the County
approved this application but does not agree with their regulation
" in regard to annexation. It was felt by the Council that annexation
should take place in the normal procedure after the subdivision is
completed.
