Pacific Oil & Gas Ltd. re road crossings in the Bantry area Gas Gathering System was read. Moved by Councillor Fabian that we approve this application subject to all other regula- tions being met. Therefore, be it resolved that under and by the provisions of Sec. 96 of the Municipal Taxation Act, that the tax as listed be deleted from the tax roll of the County of Newell No. 4 for 1970.
