The Regular Council Meeting of the County of Newell No. 4 was
held in the County Office at Brooks, Alberta on Friday, October 11,
1968 at 10:00 a.m.

Letter from Department of Lands and Forests re Antelope Survey was
read.
Moved by Councillor Bartlett, that we strongly recommend to the
Department, that the Antelope Season be closed within the County
next year and that they establish a Antelope Reserve between the
Red Deer River, and the Bow and East to the Saskatchewan Boarder.
Carried.
Letter from the Brooks M.H.D. # 28 re boundary changes was read.
Moved by Councillor Douglass, that we approve the boundaries as set
out in this letter of September 26, 1968 and that a recorded vote
be taken on this motion.
