', .. ,c~~~t+~a Carried U~t~,i~s~y ~; ~ "' r U ,~a~~ RE90LUTION A resolution of the County of Newell No. 4 in conjunction with I.D.!# 22 and Special Area #2 to apply to the Provincial Government, Depax'tment of Highways, to have the County District Highway 026J commencing at Highway 36 and running east to our-east Boundary, and District Highway O11F continuing from our east boundary and running east to Empress, to be included in the Provincial Highways System. Wher~sas the Patricia-Empress Highway (026J & O11F) is i. a major east-west road serving the County ,.f ltewell, I.D. 22 and Special areas No.2 I 2. Serving a. Provincial Park. 3. Serving natural resources development in the ax.~$,.._--------- ~"'~`"~ ~. Serves as an inter-provincial link. 5. Has construction costs that are prohibitive for the local governments submitting this resolution. The 'efore be it resolved, that the Provincial Government,.aoeep~ r the above mentioned road into .the Provincial Secondary Highway System, giving this project top pri;rity.
