A letter from the Department of Education, advising of a Supplementary Requisition Abatement Grant to the County,, in the sum of $36,4.51.00 was read and discussed. Moved by Councillor Eastman, that the amount of the revenue to be obtained by supplementary requisition be reduced from X181,276.00 to $144,825.00 and that the County Mill Rate to recover its share being $120,30'7.00 be reduced to 13 mills.
