The regular monthly meeting of the Council of the County of Newell
No, 4 was held in the County Office in Brooks, Alberta, at 10:00 a•m.
on Fridays December 12th, 1958.

The minutes of the regular meeting of November 7th and the
special meeting of December 2nd, 1958 were read and adopted,

Moved by Councillor Armstrong that the Secretaryrs reports of
Receiptsy Disbursements and monthly progress for the month of
November be accepted.

Carried.
The :Secretary was directed to advertise for sale all of the ~
buildings at the Antelope Creek school site.

Moved by Councillor McAleese that approval be given to the Calgary
Power extension at Princess.
Carried.

Advice was received of the P. F. A. A. of the category awards in
the hail damage areas.

Moved by Councilor Plumer that G, W. Philpott be given the privilege
of joining the Municipal District Employees,Superannuation Fund
and that the payment of the ~ 506.25 as the Countyts share of
the backpayments be authorized. ~

A letter from Chronik Construction re the release of the lien note
on the Rosemary school was read and ordered filed.

Inspection reports for the Rolling Hills and Rosemary schools were
directed to the Secretary for confirmation of corrections from the
architects.

business assessment would be implemented in the County of Newell # 4.
