Moved by Councillor McAleese that the Secretary's reports of Revenue and E$penditure and Monthly Progress for the month of October be acceptedR Carried, . . A letter from the R~edical Health Officer re Mosquito ~~ Control was read and ordered filed„ . ~ ~. A letter Prom the Field Crops Branch with regard to the us® of "1080" was ready and the Chairman and Secretary signed the application form for its use in the County this year, . . A letter from George Philpott~ AlQricultural Service Board Supervisor was read and o erect filed. . . Moved by Councillor McAleese that R, VVfgmore be appointed as a laeputy Pest (control Of~icer for the County. Beloved by Councillor Arriso n~ that Meech, Bditchell~ Robins & Associates be instructed to prepare plans for the new Bassano school in accordance with the sketch Plan No, 2 submitted. Consideration to be given for the gymnasium to be centrally located and to include stag®i one main corridor to be widened 4 feet the elementary vestibule to be widened 4 feet Kirk S~oker Unit to be installed incandescent lighting. The total cost not to exceed ~ 140000,00.
