Minutes of Municipal Planning Commission Meeting
March 19, 1991
The regular Municipal Planning Commission Meeting of the County
of Newell No. 4 was held in the County Office at Brooks, Alberta
on Tuesday, March 19, 1991 commencing at 1:30 p.m.

1• Minutes
Minutes of the February 25 , 1991 meeting were pre sented. Moved
by Councillor Wallace that we adopt these minutes as circulated.
Carried.
2• Business from Minutes
There was no business aris ing from the minutes.

4• Land Use Changes
Nil
5• Home Occupation Licences

6• Subdivisions
1. 91 SE 6 - Kimmel
Moved by Councillor Bulger that we lift this item from the table.
Carried.
After further review, it was moved by Councillor Bulger that we
approve this application and recommend it to County Council for
final approval, subject to a Servicing Agreement for the garage
and final approval of the Land Use Change. Carried.
2. 91 SE 13 - XL Foods Ltd.
After review, it was moved by Councillor Bulger that we approve
this application and recommend it to County Council for final
approval. Carried.
~• Other Business
1. Cassils Area Structure Plan
Doug Fleming gave a presentation on this Structure Plan and
comments from the Public Meeting. The amendments will now be
included in the Plan and will be brought back to M.P.C. for
final approval and presentation to Council.
2. M.Y.C. & D.Q.B. 13y-law Review
A By-law review for the M.P.C. and D.A.B. were presented. After
discussion, it was moved by E. Buday that we approve the proposed
By-laws as amended and recommend them to County Council for final
approval. Carried.
8. Development Report
The Development Report for March, 1991 was presented.
9. Adjourn
Moved by G. Niznik that the meeting adjourn at 2:55 p.m. Carried.
