Bulger Representatives E. Buday G. Nizik D.C.O. D. Grosfield Planner D. Fleming Secretary M. Bowen In the absence of Chairman Wells, Vice Chairman Buday took the chair. EXCUSED FROM MEETING Moved by Councillor Bulger that we excuse Councillor Wells and Councillor Wallace from this meeting. Carried. 1. MINUTES ~ . Minutes of the May 28, 1991 meeting were presented. Moved by G. Niznik that we adopt these minutes as circulated. Carried. 2. BUSINESS FROM THE MINUTES There was no business arising from the minutes. 3. PERMITS The following Permits were presented to the Commission: 1. ~~985 - Canadian Chemical Reclaiming Limited - Facilities for Chemical Reclamation - NE 24-18-14-4 - Brooks After discussion on this Permit, it was moved by G. Niznik that we table this Permit for more information. Carried. 4. LAND USE CHANGES 1. Pat Suitor - Agricultural to Country Residence - SE 8-19-15-4 Cassils After review it was moved by Councillor Bulger that we a rove PP this application and recommend it to County Council for approval. Carried. 5• HOME OCCUPATION LICENSE 1. Perry Oilfield Services - Re: Auto Dealers License Information on the above license was presented. 6• SUBDIVISIONS 1. 91-SE-36 - L.A. Juss Information was presented to the Commission on this application. Moved by G. Niznik that we approve this application and recommend it to County Council for final approval. Carried. 2. 91-SE-37 - L.A. Juss . Information was presented to the Commission on this application. Moved by Councillor Bulger that we approve this application and recommend it to County Council for final approval. Carried. 3. 91-SE-50 - Kargard/Hovaldt Information was presented to the Commission on this application. Moved by G. Niznik that we approve this application and recommend it to County Council for final approval. Carried. 4. 89-SE-39 - Stafford . The Planner presented information to the Commission on the subdivision, and advised that we were holding this application until the Cassils Area Structure Plan was approved. Moved by Councillor Bulger•that we approve this application and recommend it to County Council for final approval. Carried. ~• OTHER BUSINESS 1. Public Notice - Re: Provincial Building Permits After discussion it was moved by Councillor Bulger that we recommend to Council that we advertise with a Public Notice in the local paper regarding the Provincial Building Permits that came into effect on June 1, 1991. Carried. 8• DEVELOPMENT PERMITS The Development Control Officer presented the Development Report for the month of June. Moved by G. Niznik that we accept this Report. Carried. 9• ADJOURN Moved by Councillor Bulger that the meeting be adjourned at 2:45 p.m. Carried.
