Minutes of the M.P.C. Organizational Meeting
November 26, 1991
The M.P.C. Organizational Meeting was held in the County Office
at Brooks, Alberta on Tuesday, November 26, 1991 commencing at
1:30 p.m.

P. Wallace
Representatives E. Buday
G. Niznik
Planner D. Fleming
D.C.O. D. Grosfield
Secretary D. James
1• Nomination & Election of Chairman
The Secretary opened the meeting and called for the nomination
and election of a Chairman.
W. Wells was nominated by E. Buday. Moved by Councillor Wallace
that nominations cease. Carried.
2• Nomination & Election of Vice Chairman
E. Buday was nominated by Councillor Wallace. Moved by Councillor
Bulger that nominations cease. Carried.
3• MeetinE Dates
Moved by Councillor Wallace that the M.P.C. meetings be held
on the last Tuesday of each month. Carried.
4• Adjourn
Moved by G. Niznik that the meeting adjourn at 1:35 p.m. Carried.
