IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA
BYLAW NO. 1937-19
BEING a bylaw of the County of Newell in the Province of Alberta,to rescind the following bylaws:
Bylaw 977-89, being the Crawling Valley Reservoir Area Structure Plan;
Bylaw 1199-96, being the Benci Area Structure Plan;
Bylaw 1271-99, being the Prairie Sage Golf Course Area Structure Plan;
Bylaw 1295-99, being the Greenwald Inlet Area Structure Plan;
Bylaw 1331-00, being the Weiss Area Structure Plan;
Bylaw 1332-00, being the Johnson Farms Area Structure Plan;
Bylaw 1405-02, being an amendment to the Johnson Farms Area Structure Plan;
Bylaw 1426-03, being the Martin Industrial Area Structure Plan;
Bylaw 1446-03, being the Mar Industrial Area Structure Plan;
Bylaw 1447-03, being the Evergreen Industrial Area Structure Plan;
Bylaw 1510-05, being the Dahl Estates Area Structure Plan;
Bylaw 1548-05, being the Sunset Trail Area Structure Plan;
Bylaw 1758-12, being the Bantry Bay Estates Area Structure Plan; and
Bylaw 1554-05, being the One Tree Estates,Saddle Brook Business Park,and Newbrook Business Park
Area Structure Plan.
AND WHEREAS the purpose of proposed Bylaw No. 1937-19 is to resind the previously adopted bylaws in
accordance with MGA Section 191(2) and provide for its consideration at a public hearing;
NOW THEREFORE, under the authority and subject to the provisions of the Municipal Government Act,
Statutes of Alberta,Chapter M-26,2000,as amended,the Council of the County of Newell in the Province
of Alberta duly assembled does hereby enact the following:
1. Bylaw 977-89, being the Crawling Valley Reservoir Area Structure Plan;
Bylaw 1199-96, being the Benci Area Structure Plan;
Bylaw 1271-99, being the Prairie Sage Golf Course Area Structure Plan;
Bylaw 1295-99, being the Greenwald Inlet Area Structure Plan;
Bylaw 1331-00, being the Weiss Area Structure Plan;
Bylaw 1332-00, being the Johnson Farms Area Structure Plan;
Bylaw 1405-02, being an amendment to the Johnson Farms Area Structure Plan;
Bylaw 1426-03, being the Martin Industrial Area Structure Plan;
Bylaw 1446-03, being the Mar Industrial Area Structure Plan;
Bylaw 1447-03, being the Evergreen Industrial Area Structure Plan;
Bylaw 1510-05, being the Dahl Estates Area Structure Plan;
Bylaw 1548-05, being the Sunset Trail Area Structure Plan;
Bylaw 1758-12, being the Bantry Bay Estates Area Structure Plan; and
Bylaw 1554-05,being the One Tree Estates,Saddle Brook Business Park,and Newbrook Business
Park Area Structure Plan.
and any amendments thereto,are hereby rescinded.
2. This bylaw shall come into effect upon third and final reading hereof.
