IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA
PROPOSED ROAD CLOSURE BYLAW 2054-23
THURSDAY, April 20, 2023
11:30 a.m. – County of Newell Council Chambers
The County of Newell in the Province of Alberta hereby gives notice of its intention to close the
following portion of roads to facilitate proposed and existing irrigation practices:
Those portions of road allowance adjacent to the east boundary of the NE 6-20-17W4M and
north portion of the SE 6-20-17-W4M. The portion of road allowance adjacent to the north
boundary of the NE 31-19-17W4M and those portions of road allowance adjacent to the
east boundary of the E ½ 32-19-17W4M, as shown on the attached map.
Take notice that a public hearing to consider the above-noted bylaw will be held on April 20, 2023
at 11:30 a.m. in the County of Newell Council Chambers. Any person(s) who claims to be affected
prejudicially by the proposed bylaw must register their concerns, in writing, to the Development
Office no later than 4:00 p.m. on April 17, 2023.
