IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA
PROPOSED ROAD CLOSURE BYLAW 2068-24
THURSDAY, April 11, 2024
11:30 a.m. – County of Newell Council Chambers
The County of Newell in the Province of Alberta hereby gives notice of its intention to close the
following portion of roads to facilitate an existing pivot:
adjacent to the NW 4-20-13W4M, as outlined in the attached map
Take notice that a public hearing to consider the above -noted bylaw will be held on April 11, 2024
at 11:30 a.m. in the County of Newell Council Chambers. Any person(s) who claims to be affected
prejudicially by the proposed bylaw must register their concerns, in writing, to the Development
Office no later than 4:00 p.m. on April 8, 2024.
