Special Council Meeting
November 1, 1988
A special Council Meeting of the County of Newell No. 4 was
held in the County Office at Brooks, Alberta on Tuesday,
November 1, 1988 commencing at 4:30 p.m.

these minutes.
2. Waiver of Notice of Special Meeting
Waiver of Notice of Special Meeting is attached to, and forms
part of, these minutes.
In the absence of Reeve Workes, Deputy Reeve Wallace took over
the chair.
3. Form A

$35,000.00
Scheuerman presented information on the proposed
construction on a local road in Division 8. After
it was moved by Councillor Wells that we approve
for Division 8 in the amount of approximately
for construction of a local road. Carried.
Moved by Councillor Wells that the sum of $10,000.00 be transferred
from his allotment to the Division 8 allotment to cover any
over-expenditure on the Division 8 project and that this sum
be returned to Division 10 in the 1989 allotments. Carried.
4. Adjourn
Meeting adjourned at 5:00 p.m.
