Special Council Meeting
August 30, 1982
A special Council Meeting of the County of Newell No. 4 was held in
the County Office at Brooks, Alberta on August 30, 1982 commencing
at 3:45 p.m.
Members Present Reeve T. Musgrove

M. Andrews
J. Hajash
R. Hall
A. Peltzer
A. Scheuerman
Administrator D. James
1. Letter from Reeve Musgrove requesting the calling of a Special
Council Meeting for August 30, 1982 to discuss the Rolling Hills
Water & Sewer Project, is attached to and forms part of these minutes.
2. Waiver of Notice
Waiver of Notice signed by Councillors in attendance is attached to
and forms part of these minutes.
3. By-law 787-82
Moved by Councillor Wallace that By-law 787-82 receive second reading.
Carried.
Moved by Councillor Hajash that By-law 787-82 receive third and final
reading. Carried.
By-law 790-82
Moved by Councillor Hall that By-law 790-82 receive second reading.
Carried.
Moved by Councillor Peltzer that By-law 790-82 receive third and
final reading. Carried.
Adjourn
Meeting adjourned at 3:50 p.m.
