Special Council Meeting
July 13, 1982
A Special Council Meeting of the County of Newell No. 4 was held in
the County Office in Brooks, Alberta on Tuesday, July 13, 1982
commencing at 3:45 p.m.
Members Present and Signing Waiver of Notice Requirement:

A copy of the signatures of those approving this Special Meeting
is attached and forms part of these minutes.
1. Rol-ling Hi11s Water & Sewer System
'~ A lengthy discussion ensued on the alternatives for funding the
water and sewer system in Rolling Hills. Moved by Councillor Wallace
that as a result of the additional costs to the Rolling Hills water
and sewer system from the new subdivision the County pay $81,500.00
`3 ,~,,ty ~,~towards the capital .costs of the Rolling Hills water and sewer system.
"~r~ ~ And that the 5% sheilding rebate be credited back to the County.

~, Councillor Andrews was excused from the meeting.

'~ ~ Moved by Councillor Hall that By-law 787-82 for the issuance of
debentures for the purpose of construction of a sanitary sewage and
treatment system and water. treatment supply system in the Hamlet of
Rolling Hills receive .first reading. Carried Unanimously.
