A Special Council Meeting of the County of Newell No, 4 was held
in the. County Office at Brooks, Alberta on Thursday, October 23, 1980
commencing at 3:30 p.m. for the purpose of a Public Hearing in regard
to a Land Use Amendment, under the Land Use By-law.

This- applcatipn was reviewed by the Council and it was moved by
Councillor Hajash that we approve this Land Use Amendment from
Urban Fringe to Country Residence Cottage Lots, subject to all
subdivision regulations being A1et. Carried.
