A special Council Meeting of the County of Newell No. 4 was held in
the County Off ice at Brooks, Alberta on Monday, March 5, 1979 to
discuss the By-law concerning the proposed Scandia Sewer System.
Meeting convened at 3:30 p.m.

1. Waiver of Notice of Meeting
Moved by Councillor Brockelsby that Notice of Meeting for this
special meeting be waived. Carried Unanimously.
2. By-law 656-78
Moved by Councillor Brockelsby that By-law 656-78 receive
second reading. Carried Unanimously.
Moved by Councillor Fabian that By-law 656-78 receive third and
final reading. Carried Unanimously.
