Special Council Meeting
March 30, 1977

A special Council Meeting of the County Council was called for
March 30, 1977 at 7:00 p.m. for discussion of the Hamlet of
Patricia Water System.
Notice of Waiver of Notice for this special meeting and signatures
of all Councillors in attendance is attached to and forms part of
these minutes.
Councillors Present were Councillor T. Musgrove, V. Fabian,
W. Christensen, L. Brockelsby, P. Bartlett, H. Janzen and A. Vogel.
The proposed Agreement and By-law for Government Grant in the amount
of $7200 to the .Hamlet of Patricia Water Supply was presented to
Council. Moved by Councillor Musgrove that we call for the reading
of the Proposed By-law for the Patricia Water System Grant. Carried.
Moved by Councillor Bartlett that By-law 604-77 receive first reading.
Carried Unanimously.

Moved by Councillor Brockelsby that By-law 604-77 recai:ve second
reading. Carried Unanimously.
Moved by Councillor Vogel that consent of Coencil be given for
third and final reading of By-law 604-77. Carried Unanimously.
Moved by Councillor Janzen that By-law 604-77 receive third and
final reading. Carried Unanimously.
Meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
