Boehme ' H. Jansen J . Hai ash T. Musgrove This Committee went to the Mikula farm to survey damage. They then went to the Husband farm. It is the considered opinion of this Committee that the claim by Mikula is excessive, and thereby reduce the claim to $20.00 for trucking and $20.00 for impounding the cow. On examination, the fence was found to be down in several places and neither party had ', made an attempt to repair it. Also, there was no apparent damage to the hay field. The wages claimed should be one person; the rope and dent in the-truck could have been done at any time. The hay damage also claimed was a stack bottom of no value. ,' i.o~ Eu.Ureu ..mw. ua. L2-149P
