James 125. - Oath of Office was taken and recorded for Councillor Vogel. 126. ~ Minutes of the February g, 1973 Meeting were read and adopted. 127. Business from the minutes: 128. - Moved by Councillor Janzen that the Reeve and Municipal Chairman attend the A.A.M.D. & Cty. Spring Meeting as Delegates. Carried. 129. - Letter from Calgary Power Ltd. re: Tillebrook Irrigation Pump and Chevron Standard Service Extension Line, was read. Moved by Councillor Hajash that we approve the Tillebrook Line Move subject to satisfactory agreement with the R.E.A. and all other regulations being met. Moved by Councillor Andrews that we approve the Buried Cable System for the Hamlet of Scandia. Carried. 131. ~ Moved by Councillor Janzen that the Court of Revision minutes, as circulated, be approved. Carried. 132. Moved by Councillor Janzen that we approve the Treasurer's Report for the month of February. Carried. 133. - Correspondence: 13q.. ~ Letter from Medicine Hat Planning Commission re: application 73 M 14 re: Alfred Peltzer, was read. Moved by Councillor Tautfest that we approve this application subject to all other regulations being met. Carried. 135• ~ Letter from Medicine Hat Planning Commission re: Application 73 M 20 re: Mr. A. Nelson, was read. Moved by Councillor Hajash that we approve this application subject to all other regulations being met, and that a Country Residence Caveat be placed on this property and cash-in-lieu of public reserve be paid. Moved by Councillor Fabian that we approve this application subject to all other regulations being met, and that an Agricultural Caveat be placed on thisparcel. Moved by Councillor Janzen that we approve this application subject to all other regulations being met, and that an Agricultural Caveat be placed on this parcel. Carried. 138• ~ Letter from Medicine Hat Planning Commission re; application 73 M 24 re: Hulda Osborneo Moved by Councillor Hajash that we approve this application subject to all other regulations being met and that a Country Residence Caveat be placed on this parcel, plus provision for future 66' service road on the north boundary of this property. Report #4 from the P.F.A.A, was read, and the Secretary instructed to obtain an explanation as to why 21-13, 22-16, 22-17 & 22-13 were ineligible. 146. Letter from Calgary Power Ltd. re: Proposed Line Extension in 19-14-4, was read. Moved by Councillor Hajash that we approve this application subject to all regulations being met and County By-law. Carried. 147. Letter from Recreation Consultant setting out County Population Count, was read. Moved by Councillor Vogel that we accept the Recreation Population Count as stated. Carried. 148. ~ Letter from the Department of Industry & Commerce Licencing Branch re: V. Braconnier~s Application for junk dealer, was read. They were to be advised that the conditions have not been met by Mr. Braconnier and we cannot approve this application at this time. .. Letter from Farm Electric Services Ltd. re: Line Moves and Resets, was read and ordered filed. 151. Letter from Brooks General Hospital advising of the Alberta Hospital Services Commission Meeting on April 4, 1973, was noted and ordered filed. 152. - Letters from the Town of Brooks re: Purchase Cost of New Ambulance and Operating Deficit of the Ambulance for 19'72, were read and discussed. Moved by Councillor Andrews that we donate to the Town of Brooks the sum of $4'768.00 for Ambulance Service. carried. Moved by Councillor Musgrove that By-law 485 re: Donation to the Town of Brooks of X4768.00 receive first reading. Carried Unanimously. Moved by Councillor Tautfest that By-law 485 receive second reading. Carried Unanimously. Moved by Councillor Janzen that consent of County Council be given for third and final reading of By-law 485. Carried Unanimously. Moved by Councillor Hajash that By-law 485 receive third and final reading. Moved by Councillor Musgrove that we register a Notice of Intent to the Board of Hearir~:>as set out in this letter.
