Minutes of the June 8, 1972 Meeting were read anal adopted. 2. Letter from the Alberta Department of Agriculture re: Agricultural Development Committee, was read. Nominations were opened for the Business Representative to this Committee: D. Murray nominated by J. Hajash. A. Villadsen nominated by N. Tautfest. E. Tatem nominated by C. Andrews. H. Fowler nominated b,y V. Fabian.. B. Stewart nominated by C. Block. Moved by Councillor Janzen. that nominations cease. Carried. ~ Result of vote: A. P~Ioved by Councillor Hajash that a 66' service road be required, that theCounty construct this road anal charge it back to the Sub-division. as a Local Improvement. Letter from the Alberta Association of Municipal Districts & Counties re: Assessment & Taxation., was distributed to the Council anal the Secretary advised to advise the Association that we would beprepared to meet with them regarding this subject. 9. ~ Letter from the Alberta Association. of I~'unicipal Districts and Counties re: proposed MunicipalManagement Manual, was read. Council's decision. on this matter was that they felt this Manual would serve no purpose at this time. 10. - Letter from the Department of Municipal Affairs re: General Assessme~,t, was read anal ordered filed. 11. Letter from theAlberta Rural Munici al Administrator's association re: cancellation. of Section 110 (C~(I) of the Taxation. Act, was read and ordered filed. 12.
