Moved by Councillor Larsen that we accept the Financial ~~ 'i Report for June 1969. Carried. f 'U Planning Commission Application 69M54 re Olson & Schnieder was read . ~! Moved by Councillor Chrumka that we approve this application subject to all other regulations being met. Carried. . . Application 68M55 re Endersby-Grosfield-Giesbrecht was read. Moved by Councillor Bartlett that we±approve the application - ', subject to all other regulations being met. Carried. Application 69M56 re E.I.D. and Owen was read. Moved by Councillor Tautfest that we approve the application subject to all other regulation being met. ',Account from the Town of Brooks re Ambulance cost was presented. ~~Moved by Councillor Tautfest that we pay the account less !our share of the profit. Carried. . . Carried. -3- 2 ~6 ~' Letter from the E.I.D. re Brooks Airport was read. /' Moved by Councillor Bartlett that we accept their offer, and that site be reserved fora permanent airport. Carried. Moved by Councillor Bartlett that when this Airport site is obtained that it be given to the Town of Brooks for a ~ permanent Airport site; with the understanding that the County will have a Councillor with full voting rights !tM the Airport Board of M3 nagement . Moved by Councillor Musgrove that we approve cheques 915 to 11118 (as per list) for payment. Carried. Moved by Councillor Tautfest that by-law 380 (discontinuing discount on taxes) receive third and final reading. Carried. . . Moved by Councillor Hall that bylaw 382 to amend by-law 164 re tax penalties be amended to read; 590 on January lst and a further 390 on March 1st, and receive first reading. Motion Lost. . . Moved by Councillor Musgrove that by-law 382 to amend by-law 164 re tax penalties be amended to read 890 on the 1st I~irch each year, and receive first, second, third and final readings. Carried Unanimously. Moved by Councillor Musgrove that by-law 381 re purchase of i Van Trucks receive first, second, third and final reading. ~ Carried Unanimously. ~,~a~ 5_ The matter of Public Service Pensions was tabled for next ~ .meeting.
