~ Special Council Meeting of the County of Newell No. 4 was held in
the County Office Brooks, ~3i7.ta, ~ Friday, 24th N~,y 1968 at 8:00 p.m.
to discuss the Rental-Purchase of 7~ $uclid.

Moved by Councillor Chrumka, that notice of meeting be waived.
Carried Unanimously.

Moved by Councillor Douglass, that we purchase the ZS 14$ at
80,000.00 on following terms $5000.00 per month when used, for
balance of 1968. With 100% of rental paymefrts to apply to the price
to be paid in January 1969.
Unit to carry 60 day full warranty, and another 60 days at SOj50
full warranty.
Motion Lost.
Loved by Councillor Musgrove, that we make an .offer to rent the T3 14S
for one month at $5000.00, and that their offer be reviewed after the
month.
Carried.
