Supervisor have the privilege to discuss and vote on matters

The over all scope and purpose of the Municipal Handbook was

The proposed outline of the Handbook was discussed, amended, and
added to, section by section.

Moved by Councillor Musgrove, that we adopt the proposed outline
as reviewd and amendedx

The proposed outline was turned over to the Public Works
Supervisor, to draw up more detail on each section, after this is
completed a further meeting will be held for discussion and
amendments if required.
